I don't know what it is about these massage rings, but they are incredibly relaxing. I only wanted one as I was going on a flight but this pack was great value. Well a little autistic boy on the plane had one, a young man terrified of flying had one, and My Dad and I had one too. I now have one in each bag. Unless you know, you don't know. They really calm you and are wonderful

Great item! My 5 and 6 year old children love these! I keep them in my purse to bring to church, long car rides, doctor appointments, etc. for when we run into them not having anything to do when we are out. This isn't something that will occupy them for hours on end, but it will occupy them for 5 or 10 minutes if they're bored, or longer periods if they are listening to someone talk, watching a movie, sitting in the car, doing something else along with it, etc. They are a great little fidget toy and can be very soothing. They are better quality than I was expecting. We've had them for over 2 months now and none have broken at all yet. I am a mental health therapist in a girls residential program. I have a lot of “pickers” and many girls who self harm. These are prefect to help with fidgety, anxious fingers. I have only had these for a couple days, I handed a ring to my client during her family session when I noticed her picking her cuticles, the first thing she said was, “oh! This is nice!” She was able to stay focused in her session while rolling the ring around her fingers and kept herself free from self harm. I’m glad I happened upon these!!! Would recommend to anyone who struggles with anxiety.
