I bought this pack and love it. Great innovation in what can otherwise become a stagnant category. The real story is how I came about it. After having a different pack of theirs I had to call upon their warranty department because I had worn it out. I kept the lifetime warranty tag and contacted them. They stood behind the pack and gave me credit to buy this one. All these companies with all these warranties - you never know what to believe until you actually need it. Outdoor Products is the best.

I work at an inbound dock and this bag has held up ever since I began tossing it on the concrete floor two months ago. The straps are adjustable and feel strong. It's also spacious, having previously held a thick winter jacket on top of a hoodie plus other miscellaneous items. It has also made work much easier with box cutters, markers, and other work-related items easily viewable and accessible in the front pocket.

This is a quality backpack & worth the price. I was reluctant to spend the money but SO glad I did. The zippers are designed for a small padlock, which I appreciate. I don’t put obvious valuables in a clear backpack, but nonetheless, if the backpack has to be out of eyesight beyond 30 seconds, I don’t want my property easily “growing legs & walking away”. I have a cheaper quality clear backpack - same size - that costs a fracture of the price of this one & the difference in the two is like night & day. This one has curved straps which are comfortable. The other one doesn’t - let’s just say that cheaper clear backpack is used for storage for the back of my closet, LOL. I carry the baggallini backpack to work. Better quality, comfortable to wear, ability to padlock, & worth the money.

I purchased this bag for my granddaughter who was attending state competitions where she needed a clear book bag to make it easy to get into the venues where her group was performing. She loved the bag and it was absolutely perfect for her needs.
