So I decided to give this a try after the amount of stress I’ve been through. I keep headaches and I have to say this product is wonderful for relieving them. It doesn’t take long once you put it in the freezer for it to become very cold. It not only has directions on the box but comes with a set that will also tell you all of its uses. I’ve had it for around 10 days now and I’ve used at least 5 times. Always make sure you clean between uses and I just stick mine back in a bag and back in the freezer so it will be ready for next time.

I've been using this ice roller on my face daily now, and I'm so glad I did! I've noticed a big difference in my skin specially in the morning. The cold rolling on my face helps to smooth and tighten my skin making my make up go on smoother. I also use it at the very end of my night time skin routine, to seal in my face serum and moisturizers. I I've purchased other face rollers in the past, but they would break from being in the fridge. This one has not! it's supper sturdy.
